RETURN POLICY

NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

In case that you are unhappy with your purchase, NOUCH only accepts exchanges on items that are 100% in original condition (in the condition you received your item/s). Meaning, new, unworn, unwashed and in resealable condition. NOUCH only accepts exchanges within 7 business days after receiving your order. Exchanges outside of this time will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, or the item does not fit.

Please note, all returned items will be inspected by customer service staff before being approved for exchange. Any returned items that are deemed unsatisfactory, not in 100% new, original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition will not be accepted, and will be send back to you at your own expenses. So please, take extra care with any items you want to return.

To make a return, please contact us at contact@nouchbrand.com (within 7 days of receiving your order) and you will be contacted shortly after for further information (and a return authorization number). Only at this point may you return your item/s too NOUCH. Any returns sent without prior contact and authorization  will be returned to sender.

All returns are at the expense of the customer. You will be required to cover both postage costs to NOUCH, and back to your address. NOUCH is not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged while in transit, so we recommend you to use registered post.

No returns can be accepted on sale items. All sales on Sale or Discounted items cannot be returned.

 

RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If any item/s you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@nouchbrand.com as soon as you discover the fault (please provide detailed photos of the fault where possible).

NOUCH will try the best to replace the product, in case the replacement of the product is unavailable, you will be compensated with a credit to the value of your purchase, with can be put towards any products in our online store.
